Kerry Tittle is a mother of nine children and a homeschool veteran of over 20-years in Arkansas. She was the owner of ReformationKidz with her husband Rob until a tornado destroyed their home and business in 2014, taking the lives of Rob and two of their daughters, Tori and Rebekah.
Kerry is the founder of Refined Family which is created to encourage others to find hope in the gospel in the midst of trials. Additionally she is a contributing writer for The Homeschool Minute of the Old Schoolhouse Magazine, as well as a contributor to their single product review team. She occasionally speaks at homeschool conferences and ladies church events. She has 4 adult children Whitney, Emily Kathryn, Isabella and Noah as well as two amazing son in laws! She still homeschools three – Mollye, Asa and Joshua.
Recognizing the need for an organization that helps connect home educators with great resources, training and with one another, Kerry founded CHESArk in 2022 and asked some of the leaders in the Arkansas homeschooling movement to join her as part of the Advisory Board.
What is CHESArk about?

What we believe
Christian Home Educators Summit of Arkansas statement of faith is subservient to the Scriptures. We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God. It is inerrant and the standard for faith and practice (2 Tim. 3:16). We believe Jesus Christ is the virgin born son of God and he is coming again (Matt. 1:24, Gal. 4:4, 1 Thess. 4:13-18). We believe that Jesus is the Christ promised in Scriptures; the Son of God; Fully God; Full Man.
Furthermore, we believe Salvation is by grace through faith in the redeeming death of Jesus on the cross (Eph. 2:8-9)
Additionally, we believe the earth was created by God in 6 literal days (ex.20:8-11). Discipleship in the home is essential as well as mandated in the Scriptures (Duet 6:7). We believe that this mandate can be reflected through home education.
