Heather O’Neal

Heather O’Neal is married to her best friend, Clint, and they have 4 children. She has been a stay-at-home/homeschool mama for 14 years. She has a Spanish and an English as a Second Language degree from UCA and enjoys hiking, cycling, swimming, gardening, and time with family and friends. She currently is involved at a Classical Conversations Community in Conway, Arkansas.

Rachel Copeland

Rachel Copeland is the Director of Classical Conversations in Conway Arkansas. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Park University in 2009. Afterwards worked at Hewlett Packard in IT sales. She met her husband Lance Copeland at church and were married November 2010. In July of 2012 they welcomed their first child and became a stay-at-home mom. Today she has 5 children ranging from 10 to 4yrs old. She began homeschooling when her oldest started kindergarten. She says “Homeschooling was never a second thought. I thank the Lord that he has allowed me to homeschool my children the past 6 years! It is truly a blessing and a delight to watch them grow in education, but most of all grow in the knowledge of Our Lord and Savior.”

Kerry Tittle

Kerry is a mother of nine children Tori, Whitney, Emily Kathryn, Rebekah, Isabella, Noah, Mollye, Asa, Joshua and a 23 year homeschool veteran. Kerry is the founder of Refined Family Additionally, she is a contributing writer for The Homeschool Minute of the Old Schoolhouse Magazine, as well as a contributor to their single product review team. She occasionally speaks at homeschool conferences and ladies church events. She is a member of Christ Fellowship of Central Arkansas. After graduating several homeschooled children, she still homeschools Mollye, Asa and Joshua. She enjoys reading and gardening.

Candy Summerhill

Candy is a wife to Eric and mom to four children, Landon, Ty, Reagan, and Laynie. She attends Christ Fellowship of Central Arkansas where Eric is an elder and they host of one of the congregations in their home. They have homeschooled for 13 years now, primarily through a classical model coop called Comm Central in Little Rock, Arkansas. Candy graduated from a University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and serves as a part time pharmacist.

Aimee Dyson

Aimee and her husband, Robert, have three children ages 15, 14, and 9. They have always homeschooled and have been a part of the Classical Conversations Conway communities for 8 years. Before deciding to homeschool, Aimee was a public-school teacher, principal, and central office administrator. She also taught at UCA in the Master of Arts in Teaching department in both full and part-time capacities. Aimee firmly believes all parents have the right and ability to homeschool their children from preschool through high school. God will provide the tools and resources necessary when He leads families to home educate.

Julie Whalen

Julie is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College in 2005. She has experience counseling foster children and has also served as a foster parent to youth in the Arkansas foster care system. She has also worked as a school-based counselor with children and youth in the Little Rock and North Little Rock school systems. In 2008, she began her own practice and worked there until she joined the Napa Valley Counseling Team in 2015. Julie, and her husband Mike have four children who they love to raise in honor and knowledge of their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Emily Steinborn

Emily is married to her best friend Micah. She currently lives in Washington state where she is a manager at the Chick-fil-a. Emily has been in various CFA management positions over the last ten years. Being homeschooled herself, Emily has grown up attending and serving at homeschool conventions and now brings her leadership skills and experience back to her home state of Arkansas.
